ASSESSING FAILURES
Identity is more than personality and your environment; it’s who YOU are hardwired to be, blended with who the world has conditioned you to be and the unique journey your life has taken you on, both good and bad. But we also all have in us, an innate desire to be who we were authentically designed to be. The challenge becomes how do we not only discover the fullness of that person, but live authentically when, culture and systems require otherwise? The answer is in the Bible. God designed men and women to operate different. Not less than, just distinctly different in how we are wired, the way that we think, and the way that we do things. And what we’ve discovered is that when YOUR KINGDOM DESIGN and PURPOSE are the most valuable parts of the foundation you build, everything else you do in life, goes much better! It’s also the #1 reason for Leadership and Organizational Failures and the first step of a formalized Investigative Process to determine when, where, and how deep the failures are, and determine the next steps to restoring those foundations and rebuilding a healthy ecosystem.
RESTORING LEADERS
Leadership requires relationship and healthy peer-to-peer environments that are supportive of the unique challenges that Leaders face. Once a Leadership failure has occurred in an organization, not only do Leaders need time to restore and rebuild trust, they need time together to work out the old system while they rebuild and begin to operate in the new system. An Incubator environment is about restoring the new operating system while facilitating the nuances amongst peers that can only be worked out together in an active environment.

Once Leaders begin to feel restored having a similar incubator type of environment across the organization helps to rebuild the organizational and/or corporate culture. Restoring Leaders is a great first step but it won’t be enough to insure that the organization remains healthy moving forward. And Restoring Leaders and Organizations is almost always better when done with outside organizations rather than existing Leadership to insure that all parties are heard, honored and rebuilt objectively.

INSPIRING SOLUTIONS
The most obvious signal that Leaders and organizations are beginning to feel restored and aligned with God’s purposes, is when Founders and Builders feel free to Innovate, while operational experts can integrate their blueprints into the existing organizational structure. For some organizations that will result in some old plans, projects, and even vision and mission will adjust to the new environments or shift completely. Regardless, Leaders will begin to walk fully in their Kingdom design and strengths, and Organizations will thrive as an Ecosystem.
