Two are better than one
THE Creator’s Place and Suite 210, 2013-2021

Unfortunately, the regulations during the pandemic in 2020 required the shutdown of these spaces. Stay tuned!
COMPASSION VILLAGE, 2017-2021
Compassion Village is a master planned Tiny Home Community focused on providing affordable housing for people experiencing homelessness. Compassion Village was established in 2017 and houses 24 residents in 140 square foot Tiny Homes with permanent supportive housing. Once residents are stabilized in housing the residents are connected to necessary resources, community building and finding meaningful purpose through employment, entrepreneurship or hobbies.
In 2021, a second Village was launched In Livermore, CA, Goodness Village, in partnership with Crosswinds Church, the City of Livermore and Alameda County. Goodness Village is still a thriving community of Tiny Homes built as semi-permeant housing and located on an underutilized church property leased by the County of Alameda.
e49 Corporation, 2009-2021
The e49 Corporation existed to unite churches around social impact issues in local communities. From Days of Hope to Hoops to Hope, the vision was that “Two are Better than One” after Ecclesiastes 4:9.
The dream still lives on through The Unleashed Church but in a digital format and Leadership Training.
“We dream of a day when homelessness has an answer, where there are no more kids in foster care, where sexual exploitation and broken relationships are replaced with loving, Christ-centered marriages, where poverty is a choice, where every school has a church caring for it, where racism is overwhelmed by love, where Christians are seen as the answer, not the problem and God is worshiped openly in the public again”
