Vision

“We dream of a day when homelessness has an answer, where there are no more kids in foster care, where sexual exploitation and broken relationships are replaced with loving, Christ-centered marriages, where poverty is a choice, where every school has a church caring for it, where racism is overwhelmed by love, where Christians are seen as the answer, not the problem and God is worshiped openly in the public again”

The Beginning

We started in 2009 by connecting with leaders in the region and building relationships through networks and service projects like Convoy of Hope and Luis Palau’s Season of Service. Those connections and service opportunities then provided trust and a platform to begin to dream bigger for our region. In 2012 we began working on a Faith Based Initiative with Sacramento City Unified School District and in 2013 partnered for our fist collaborative “Day of Hope” at American Legion High School and Father Keith B. Kenny Elementary School.

growth

2013-2014 we worked with leaders from church, nonprofit, business and civic organizations to strategize on an initiatives that would provide a foundation for transformation. Suite 210 was opened in 2013 for co-working, business incubation and social enterprise. And in 2017, all of the parts came together into the two main initiatives we will focus on for the next three years: Compassion Village and Suite 210.

Compassion Village and the creators place

2019 we continued to work on executing Compassion Village, The e49 Hubs and Schools Innovation and Creativity, Business and Ministry. Then at the end of July 2019, we received word that our existing building at 28th and G was being sold and the next day we received word of an opportunity that had opened up in Del Paso Heights @ The Artisan Building. August 1, we moved into and began renovating The Creator’s Place @ The Artisan. The Creator’s Place is in partnership with Real Life Church Natomas, Compassion Enterprises, Inc. and With Purpose, Inc. We are excited to move into 2020 operating fully in what we believe God called us to in 2009!

the unleashed church and Jesus in pink

2024 we relaunched as the Unleashed Church as God renewed our vision to focus our efforts on multiplying the work of others wanting to start and build ministries but now knowing if they are called or how to do it. At the same time, TameraV, our founder, published a book and media company, Jesus In Pink, to meet the times and empower women to seek out and step into their unique Identity, Purpose, Leadership and Calling.

THE CREATORS PLACE 2.0

In 2025, we began writing the plans for the virtual version of The Creator’s Place as a digital expression of the Breakthrough Incubators that we ran in the physical spaces with our entrepreneurs. The pathway now to the Creators Place includes; the Creators Reset for struggling Leaders and Entrepreneurs who are trying to restart. The Creators Incubator hosted on Skool provides the next step of the journey and allows people who are need to recalibrate for a season to do so in a safe environment and community setting. The Profits to Purpose Advanced Incubator is focused on revenue generation and developing offers in a 90 day sprint. And finally, the Creator’s Place is designed to be peer to peer physical cohorts hosted throughout the U.S. and building a collaborative ecosystem of aligned leaders focused on innovating individually and collaboratively.
